How long is the burn time? 
Our burn time is 40 hours so your space will be kept smelling amazing for hours.  
Are the products natural? 
We proudly use vegan soy wax and lead free cotton wicks. So you can burn your candle safely all day long. 

Can I re-use my jar? 
Absolutely! We love seeing our customers re-use their jar. We are all about sustainability and we love being apart of this movement. All while staying stylish! 

Is it normal for there to be oily puddles on top of my candle?
Occasionally the oil from the fragrance will make its way to the surface of the candle. Particularly in the warmer climates. Your candle will not be affected in anyway. 

Can I purchase your product in store? 
We currently don't have any stockist. We are always on the look out for a stockist so please contact us if you are interested in stocking our items. 

Do you ever have sales? 
Yes we love our sales so make sure you stay in the loop via our emails and social media platforms. 

I'm new to candle burning, do you have any tips? 
Yes definitely! Check out our candle care and safety page where you can find lots of information. 

Can I return my item? 
We doubt you will want to do this but yes we do offer returns within 14 days if you are unhappy with your purchase.
